Overseeing the forecasting process and set scenarios includes analyzing the following:
Historical performances (both qualitative and quantitative).
Benchmark data.
Marketing Focus.
Price/Margin.
Delivery Timing.
Expected growth.
(Post-sales forecast accuracy).
Evaluate the forecasts against the financial and commercial plans. Suggest changes to achieve targets.

Improve and optimize inventory. Find a balance between inventory and availability. Maximize sales—impact on cash flow and profitability. Avoid the yo-yo effect.
Track performances: Sales, Inventory level, Service level, Delivery fulfillment.
Monitor demand and supply: ABC analysis. SKU efficiencies.
Clean slow-moving/obsolete goods.
Classify safety stock and inventory management policy.

Product analysis: SKU efficiency, forecast accuracy, category share, pricing, margin analysis, etc.
Sales analysis: Seasonality, category, bestseller/slow seller, AOV, UPT, returns, etc.
Inventory analysis: purchase fulfillment, Pareto analysis/ABC analysis, stock turn, etc.
Tools: Excel spreadsheets, Power Query, Google Analytics, Power BI.
