Coordinate and execute the e-commerce site launch with developer/IT, copywriting, and graphic teams.
Overall E-commerce store management: creation of pages, content update, navigation, landing page, listing page, product detail page, etc., throughout the season.
Prepare markdown activities, including discount code creations.
Create workflows and automation.
Support Customer Service.
Live/Demo sites and chatbot testing.
Report errors and follow up.
Tools: Trello, Figma bords, Pimcore, Shopify, WordPress.

Coordinate and execute monthly web updates based on seasonal focuses and availability.
Align with Global marketing/ecom teams on strategic launches.
Partner with external agencies for digital campaigns and improve site content, such as SEO, Social Media, Product Listing Ads, etc.
Collaborate with marketing for Email campaigns and automation.
Landing Page/translations updates.
Tools: Smartsheet, Google Drive, Omnisend, Klaviyo.
